My services include a whole house inspection, in-process / new construction inspection, condominium inspection, wood destroying insect (termite) inspection and septic system inspection. I will record all my findings for you, help you understand the implications of the findings, and direct you as necessary to a corrective resolution.
My highly detailed reporting style provides you with the tools you need to effectively negotiate your purchase or sale. All significant defects are documented, arrows pointing to any problems. With full color digital photos in a state-of-the art computerized program, you will receive a verbal report on-site. Within 24 hours and using a password protected link, your inspection report will be available for you and anyone you authorize to review it over the Internet.
