JOSEPH WRUBEL
Owner & President
Our company is led by Joseph Wrubel, owner of Wrubel Home Inspections. Joseph is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and has over 35 years of experience in Home Building, Remodeling, and Residential Inspections. Joseph loves helping people. He is the father of Jessica and Joshua.
When not working for you, you can find him somewhere in the outdoors, camping, hunting, or fishing with his grandchildren. Joseph is also actively involved with the Cub Scouts, teaching his grandsons and other young boys the great life skills of the outdoors. He is very active in his church.

KIM WRUBEL
Operations Manager
Kim has worked in the accounting field for the majority of her adult life. After 35 years of working in the corporate field, she joined her husband at Wrubel Home Inspections as it continues to grow. Her experience in the accounting field serves her well in managing your home inspection experience.
When not in the office, Kim loves spending time with her husband, children, and five grandchildren, as well as attending church.
Alyson scharf
Client Care Coordinator
Alyson grew up in the Clarksville and Jeffersonville areas, then she and her husband Paul moved to Henryville to raise their family. They have been married for 35 years and have a daughter, two sons, and eight grandchildren. Alyson and Paul enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and traveling.
Alyson, a graduate of IUS, spent most of her career working in the human resources office for a local manufacturing company in New Albany. She is currently semi-retired, working part-time for Wrubel Home Inspections as a Client Care Coordinator.
